Objective

Looking forward to take the next step in my move to the Marketing and Product Management field by obtaining a Marketing position in an E-Payment or IT firm in Egypt.

Brief History

Starting out as a Java Software engineer in Arx ICT (www.arxict.com) outsourced to Cybersource (www.cybersource.com). I worked for 1 year as a Payment Software engineer in Cybersource. However, my objective has always been to work on the business side of the IT industry. I then took a step towards the business side and away of the technical side when I switched to being a Business analyst (Payment Processor Analyst). I took this a step further later in my Career as a Business Analyst by taking over most of the Marketing functions for Arx ICT.

When opportunity presented its self I joined Network Processing Company “NPC” (www.npcegypt.com) as an Account Manager.

Account Manager, June 2009 – Present

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive all customer requests / complaints and follow-up internally until their delivery/solution.
  • Ability to handle customers when problems exist and be able to limit their expectations.
  • Close monitoring of client growth and streamlining any issues to achieve the set growth goals.
  • Build and maintain relationship with clients.
  • Consult clients on the retail business and offer new solutions based on the company offering.
  • Manage the sales process with reasonable independence in a cost-effective manner.
  • Position the client to win sales opportunities by executing and communicating an effective selling strategy.

Outsourced to CyberSource as a Payment Processor Analyst; in charge of

  • Defining requirements for compliance with Processor Specifications
  • Defining Supported versus Unsupported Features and Uses Cases
  • Maintaining and Documenting API-Level Logic and High Level DB interactions
  • Providing Support for product engineering, QA, CS, and PM

Aside from that, working on multiple projects in Arx as a Business Analyst

Outside from the scope of Business Analysis I have a main role in Arx’s Marketing and Strategic Planning. Part of my role is:

  • Defining the Company’s Mission and Vision Statement
  • Contributing to the Company’s Marketing Strategy
  • Designing several Service offerings
  • Authoring the entire upcoming website content related to Marketing

Outsourced to the E-Payment leader CyberSource; my tasks varied from maintaining existing software to writing software from scratch.

Worked as part of the team responsible for building and maintaining the company’s billing system. The company had purchased a customizable billing system (highedeal.com) and it was my task to understand, customize, and build customized modules using the System’s java APIs.
